They can run as many times as they wants. But they can only win twice though (2 terms which equals 8 years).

A President can only be elected to 2 terms (8 years) in office, but a person can run for President as often as he likes. Of course he does need the backing of his Party and must be able to raise a lot of money. Personally, these Super PACs are the worst thing that the Supreme Court every voted to make legal.
